The Solution Expert will act as the technical trusted advisor for the customer and be responsible for the full implementation cycle — building the solution and leading the onboarding process through implementation, configuration, and integrations.

In this role, you will also be responsible for configuring the software, answering questions, and ensuring the client is satisfied with the solution. You'll lead technical sessions, work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product teams, and be the go-to person for any technical solutions. Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding processes, managing a full implementation cycle—gathering the needs, mapping and building the steps, and configuring them into the platform. 
  • Configure software solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct technical sessions and provide training to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address any technical concerns.

 


Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience in technical implementation of software/SaaS platforms—mandatory.
  • 2+ years in customer-facing roles in SaaS companies—mandatory.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics)—mandatory.
  • Demonstrate hands-on expertise in system setup, customization, technical integrations, software configuration, custom workflows, and API-based integrations—mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on clarity and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and customer-oriented approach.
  • Thrives under pressure and is adept at managing competing priorities.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with ERP and billing tools, and systems.
  • Familiarity with subscription billing processes.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
