About the Role:

We’re looking for a Senior JavaScript Engineer with deep expertise in NodeJs or NestJS, API's within an AWS environments to join a fast-growing startup building an AI-powered SaaS platform. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a brand-new product, define its technical foundation, and shape its future.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and optimize the backend system using NestJS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

  • Develop API integrations and microservices that power AI-driven learning experiences.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and AI specialists, to deliver a seamless product.

  • Work closely with the product team to ensure technical decisions align with business goals, user needs, and AI-driven learning enhancements.

  • Continuously explore AI advancements to integrate innovative solutions into the platform.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong expertise in JavaScript/Node and NestJS.

  • Proven experience in AWS environments.

  • High interest in AI technologies—either professional experience or a personal/hobbyist passion for AI-driven products.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, API development, and cloud.

  • Experience working with authentication, user management.

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
