About The Company:
We are developers working to solve the challenges we face every day. We love building new features but often find ourselves stuck debugging issues that only occur in production, managing endless package updates, or handling infrastructure challenges like Docker images. To address these inefficiencies, we’ve created tools that simplify workflows, and now we’re sharing them with the broader developer community.
We are a fast-growing startup backed by tier-1 investors and dedicated to empowering developers with tools that bridge the gap between infrastructure and application development.
About the Role:
As a Frontend or Fullstack Developer, you will contribute to building an innovative platform that streamlines development workflows, improves infrastructure interactions, and delivers a seamless developer experience. You’ll focus on creating intuitive, scalable frontend solutions using React and Next.js, while also engaging with backend systems when needed.
You will work closely with the founding team and other engineers to tackle challenges at the intersection of infrastructure and user experience. While Kubernetes experience is a must, we’re looking for a strong focus on frontend development, with the flexibility to contribute across the stack when needed.
This is not an SRE or DevOps role—you’ll focus on building code, not configurations. Your goal will be to create tools that integrate seamlessly into workflows, enhancing developer productivity.
What We’re Looking For:
We value candidates who demonstrate high integrity, curiosity, and a commitment to learning. Collaboration, feedback, and mutual respect drive our team’s culture, enabling us to solve complex problems effectively.
We’re looking for individuals who:
- Have senior-level experience in React and Next.js.
- Are comfortable collaborating across product, design, and engineering teams.
- Have some experience or familiarity with Kubernetes—while not needing deep expertise, a basic understanding and ability to navigate Kubernetes is essential.
- Can wear multiple hats, contributing across the stack when necessary.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical decisions clearly.
- Thrive in a small, fast-paced team environment, working directly with customers and engineers to deliver impactful solutions.
- Have experience working in startups or high-growth environments (preferred).
Key Qualifications:
- Professional experience in frontend development with React and Next.js (senior-level required).
- Some exposure to Kubernetes, even if not at an expert level.
- Backend experience is a plus, especially with Go, Rust, Python, Bash, or Java.
- A strong understanding of modern frontend architecture, web frameworks, and APIs.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable user interfaces.
- A practical philosophy of ownership, delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of intuitive, scalable frontend solutions that address developer pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, architect, and execute new features and improvements.
- Incorporate Kubernetes functionality into workflows, enhancing the platform’s usability and scalability.
- Contribute to backend systems when needed, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Stay up-to-date on modern frontend and infrastructure trends, bringing fresh ideas to the platform.
Examples of Projects You Might Work On:
- Building a responsive, user-friendly dashboard for managing Kubernetes clusters.
- Developing tools to simplify developer workflows and improve visibility into infrastructure performance.
- Creating advanced interfaces for integrating CI/CD pipelines with Kubernetes environments.
- Designing frontend systems to visualize multi-cloud, multi-region infrastructures and performance metrics.
Why Join Us?
You’ll be part of a talented and passionate team solving real-world problems that developers face every day. Your work will directly impact the productivity and success of engineering teams globally, empowering them to focus on building great products.
We’re looking for someone excited about tackling challenging technical problems and delivering tools that developers love.
