About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer with a strong networking and security background to join our team. This role requires deep expertise in AWS cloud networking, VPN configurations, BGP (Border Gateway Protocol), and IPsec tunnels, along with hands-on experience in GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.

The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain highly secure and scalable cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless cloud-to-cloud connectivity and optimizing networking performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform
  • Architect and manage AWS networking solutions (Site-to-Site VPN, Transit Gateway, VPCs, subnets, routing)
  • Troubleshoot networking issues and optimize network performance
  • Ensure a security-first approach in infrastructure design and implementation
  • Deploy and maintain containers orchestrated on ECS Cluster
  • Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for critical issue response
  • Implement and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting tools

Required Skills & Experience

  • AWS Expertise: Strong knowledge of AWS networking, security, and ECS
  • Terraform: Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Networking Fundamentals: Understanding of subnets, TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, and debugging
  • Security Best Practices: Experience implementing secure cloud architectures
  • On-Call & Incident Management: Ability to work in a 24/7 on-call rotation
  • Scalable Systems: Proven experience designing and managing scalable infrastructure
  • Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting: Strong analytical skills for resolving infrastructure and networking issues
  • Self-Organized & Continuous Learner: Ability to work independently and stay updated on new technologies
  • Monitoring & Observability: Experience with Grafana, CloudWatch
  • CI/CD Tools: Experience with GitHub Actions and Mobile Applications pipeline

Nice to have (Bonus Skills)

  • TypeScript & PostgreSQL: Experience working with TypeScript and PostgreSQL stack
  • Python Development: Ability to write and maintain Python scripts for automation
  • CloudFormation: Ability to write and maintain CF script
