What if I'm not fluent in English?
We provide free English classes depending on your level. We can help improve your English and place you to work once you feel ready.
Can I work from home?
Yes. This is a 100% remote work arrangement. So you can work from home or while you travel.
Do you provide a laptop?
Of course. We will provide you with every hardware or software that you need in order to perform your work properly at no cost to you.
Do I work during holidays in my country?
No. Our clients understand that you have holidays to celebrate with your loved ones and are required to approved your days off.
How do I get paid?
We have payroll providers in Brazil, Argentina, Mexico as well as several countries in Asia. We can also use wise, Payoneer, or Paypal and we'll pay the transfer fees.
How do I get the annual bonus?
Our annual bonus is paid based on time and not performance. So every time you complete 12 months of employment with us you will get your bonus.
Do you provide health insurance?
Due to the complexity of providing health insurance internationally, we actually pay you an allowance so you can purchase medical health insurance in your own country. You do get the allowance regardless if you do purchase insurance or if you don't.
