We’re now hiring an internal team member to take on a hybrid role that combines Account Executive/CSM with Recruiting Management. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on people interactions, loves building strong relationships, and has operational rigor.
About the Role
You’ll be the main point of contact for TechTeems' clients, ensuring they’re happy, supported, and growing. You’ll also support our consultants (engineers and other tech professionals) placed with those clients by conducting check-ins, reviewing PTO, and managing annual reviews. You’ll work cross-functionally across recruting operations, sales, billing, etc.
This is a highly relationship-driven role with a strong focus on follow-through and people management. You’ll need to be organized, warm, and comfortable working in a startup environment where things move fast.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Conduct client onboarding and post-sales handoffs in coordination with the Sales team
- Manage quarterly check-ins and annual business reviews with clients
- Partner with internal departments (Recruiting Ops & Sales) to ensure role delivery.
- Act as the liaison for contractors placed at each client, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns
- Conduct annual review meetings with contractors, including compensation discussions, feedback, and retention planning
- Identify opportunities to grow contractor headcount with each client and drive those expansions in partnership with Sales
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, Recruiting, or People Operations role
- Experience supporting clients and external stakeholders in a services or consulting company
- Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote startup environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Background in tech recruiting, talent solutions, or HR tech
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) and internal ATS/HR platforms
- Experience managing teams or contractors across multiple countries
- Bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese) is a plus, but not required.
- B1/B2 or higher English is a must.
