About the Role:
We seek a highly communicative and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the development of innovative solutions in the hospitality and kiosk technology space. This role will require you to work closely with clients to translate their needs into precise, actionable technical requirements. Your ability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders will be crucial to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Draft clear and concise technical documentation, simplifying complex concepts for easy understanding.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs using Jira and Confluence.
- Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and QA teams to deliver impactful features.
- Continuously engage with clients to ensure their requirements are met and manage feedback loops.
- Stay focused on delivering high-impact solutions, balancing priorities between business goals and client needs.
Qualifications:
- Client-Facing Expertise: Excellent English communication skills with the ability to interact with clients and manage their expectations.
- Experience: Prior experience in hotel technology or electronic kiosks/POS systems is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Ability to draft technical documentation and simplify complex technical processes for broader audiences.
- API: A basic understanding of API structures is essential, including how APIs function, how to document them effectively.
- Tools: Proficiency in Jira and Confluence is essential.
- Bonus Skills: Experience in SaaS and basic UI/UX design skills (using tools like Figma) are a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in the hospitality industry or working with electronic kiosks or POS systems.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to focus on delivering high-priority features that create a significant impact.
