Plus, our quality candidates and low turnover mean we offer 365-day backfill at no cost—if the hire doesn’t work out in the first year, we replace them for free.
How long does it typically take to find a qualified candidate?
On average, we present pre-vetted candidates within 1-2 weeks. Our process is fast, but we don’t sacrifice quality. We deliver high-output candidates, so you don’t waste time with unqualified resumes or candidates.
What’s the difference between a full-time employee, contractor, and fractional hire?
Full-time employees are permanent roles, employed directly by your company.
Contractors are brought in for a set duration, ideal for project-based work.
